The Project

A research initiative for human capability

The Human Intelligence Project explores how people develop and exercise capabilities, how evidence supports careful interpretation, and how institutions can learn to create better conditions for human flourishing.

01

Why human intelligence

Capability is more than credentials, performance in one setting, or a universal score. It is what people can understand, judge and do across real contexts, and the opportunities they can meaningfully pursue.

02

Our principles

Human before technological. Evidence before claims. Human judgment in consequential decisions. Context before comparison. Public learning before institutional certainty.

03

The intended outcomes

Capable people, contributing citizens and dignified livelihoods. These are directions for inquiry and design, not claims that any single system can guarantee.
